Chameleon can also assist clients with establishing their own best practices. We can serve as a primary resource in this process where we drive the process or as a secondary resource where we provide you our templates and validate your efforts.

Chameleon offers templates for purchase to assist customers with defining best practices, developing RFPs, or to optimizing their processes. The two types of templates we offer are:

1. Workflow Flowchart diagrams – A workflow diagram that illustrates the workflow for each step-by-step. This diagram is available in 2 formats – editable (Visio format) and non-editable (adobe format).

2. Functional Specification Spreadsheets – A spreadsheet that contains details of a process spread out over 7 tabs. This diagram is available in 2 formats – editable (excel format) and non-editable (adobe format). The tabs include all of the information necessary to configure any system you select. You can add, modify or delete any of the contents.

 
These templates are broken down into 4 groups – Contract Administration, Document Control, Field Reporting and Project Planning & Set-up. The cost of the editable templates is $495 each; the non-editable templates are $295 each.
